Bagri Foundation launches Reflected Series to standing ovation at Cadogan Hall

In the first of a ground-breaking new series of concerts, Sinfonia Verdi was join on stage by Classic FM’s John Suchet and Classical Hindustani vocalist Meeta Pandit to present a unique and engaging concert performance of the works of the Strauss family.

On 4 November at Cadogan Hall, audiences were treated to the fascinating and dramatic life stories of the Strauss family, performances of their most well-known orchestral works, and interpretations of the emotions by classical Hindustani vocalist Meeta Pandit.

The Reflected series of concerts brings together John Suchet and David Murphy in examining the life and works of great composers using John’s thoroughly researched biographies. Each concert will feature distinguished musicians improvising interpretations of orchestral music to reflect the emotional connection between diverse musical traditions.

Future Reflected concerts will feature the music of Mozart, Verdi and Tchaikovsky.
